Service Technician
Woodhull, LLC is looking for a Service Technician to join our team!
Duties:
- Repair and maintain customer’s equipment at customer’s worksite in prompt and professional manner.
- Proficient in the use of test instruments and hand tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Work independently in the field to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years on-the-job experience
- Mechanical and electronics training or practical experience
- Copier experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills -- provide professional “best in class” service for our customers
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Delivery Driver
Duties:
- Entry Level
- Driving a box truck – no CDL required – to deliver machines
- Clean driving and background record
- Must pass drug and background check
- Safely load and secure machines on truck
- General knowledge of electronic & mechanical principals
- Miscellaneous warehouse work
- Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull 100 pounds

The scope of the job is to market & sell the full line of award winning Ricoh software solutions and document management products to customers in the Miami, Shelby and contiguous county markets.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Develop net new business (both outside/in-territory and in-office cold calling).
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Communicates Woodhull's position in the industry and value to the customer.
- Effectively utilize provided technology to manage territory (CRM application and Excel spreadsheets via laptop).
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to qualified customers including in-house and on-site product demonstrations.
- Prepare monthly sales reports including lease reports, prospect reports and forecasting.
- Take initiative to learn all facets of the software and hardware solutions to become a more effective sales consultant.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.

Duties:
- Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting and customer service fields.
- Become expert in the billing/accounting system that Woodhull uses.
- Stay up-to-date on all hardware, service agreement, lease, and rental invoicing for which you are accountable.
- Keep cycle-billing processes current.
- Support accurate and efficient billing processes and financial closings by maintaining accurate customer information in the billing/accounting system and reflecting the latest customer agreements; i.e., bill-to/ship-to information, relationships, machines in field, accuracy of information, non-duplication.
- Quickly and accurately answer customer billing questions and troubleshoot billing issues and inquiries.
- Make recommendations for improvements to the billing/accounting system as it pertains to invoice activities.
Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years job experience
- Excellent customer service skills – provide professional “best in class” service
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
